This season started out with the Annual opening day hunt into the mountains. Todd Kirby and I hiked for about 6 hours to a nice little lake about 6,500 feet up in the mountains of the chilkotin...though this was a great trip and beautiful location we came home empty handed.
But fun was had by all and a heart felt thank you goes out to our two little pack horses Kurt and Stevo, thanks for the beer boys!!!
If you look at the two photos bellow there is a small clearing in the trees in the middle of the photo...the second photo is from that clearing a few hours later...
